With over 35 years of business experience in leadership, facilitation, management, sales, business development and training, Louisa has honed her abilities in various industries and business settings. Louisa launched her career at Procter & Gamble in its intensive sales and brand training program and went on to earn recognition as a top producing sales representative in a highly competitive field. Then, during a 10-year career at Spaulding & Slye Colliers in Boston, a full-service commercial real estate firm, Louisa held several leadership positions including Assistant Vice President and Director of Training and Employee Relations. Here she oversaw, led and delivered a wide range of training and development programs for employees in the Boston and Washington, DC offices.

Complementing her corporate background, Louisa is an experienced entrepreneur having served as president of two companies.

A graduate of Gettysburg College, Louisa holds an executive coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching as well as a positive psychology coaching certificate from the Wholebeing Institute. She is also certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Insights, and the EQi 2.0 assessments. Louisa is also trained to administer verbal 360 assessments.
